If something goes wrong, your friend doesn't like your gift, or something bizarre happens with your friend's cell phone, we'll either try to redeliver it or give you a complete refund. Delivery InformationWe don't mean actual to your home delivery — giiv gifts are all delivered electronically from our website to your friend's cell phone via text message. It should be instantaneous (this is the Internet, right?) but sometimes network traffic or slow cell phone carriers slow things down a little. Sales Tax AllocationWe've got you covered — a percentage of the gift covers all necessary sales tax so your friend won't need to worry about anything except enjoying their gift. International OrdersAt this time, we do not accept international orders — mainly because it's too far. Your friend must have a U.S. cell phone and must redeem their gift in the U.S. In the future, we will be expanding internationally — globalization is inevitable. CancellationsIf you have placed a gift order and would like to cancel for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to cancel the order before it's delivered and give you a complete refund. Once the gift is delivered, we can deactivate the code, but then your friend is going to be super mad when they get to the store and it doesn't work.
